Pawtrait Guarantee

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your Pawtrait, we’re always happy to redo it free of charge. We know how important it is that your Pawtrait is as perfect as your beloved pet!

After you’ve placed your order with us, our artists will create a personalised preview of your Pawtrait (available on request at support@pawtrait.eu). You can then have this Pawtrait modified as often as you like until it meets your expectations. The Pawtrait will then be sent to you in the version you ordered.

Let us know what you don’t like about the preview of your Pawtrait and how we can improve it for you.

Once we’ve received your message, all requests for improvements will be forwarded to our artists straight away. They’ll get straight to work to create the perfect Pawtrait of your pet for you.

The Pawtrait Guarantee can only be used up to 24 hours after your purchase with us.

The Pawtrait Guarantee can also be used for our PawCups.

Changes to the image or style incur an additional fee of a fair €10, as this requires the creation of a completely new piece.

If we do not receive any feedback on the preview within a week, the order will be dispatched immediately without further notice.

Cancellation during the preview process is only possible subject to a cancellation fee. This amounts to €10 per artwork.
