Countries and Costs

• We currently deliver our Pawtraits to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Portugal.

• Delivery is free of charge within Germany and to Austria.

• For deliveries to Switzerland, a flat-rate shipping fee of 9.99 CHF (prices incl. VAT) applies.

• For deliveries to the EU2 zone*, a flat-rate shipping fee of 3.95 € (prices incl. VAT) applies.

Parcel delivery providers

• Our Pawtraits are sent to you as a DHL or Hermes parcel. For international deliveries, delivery may also be carried out by UPS or a local delivery provider.

• Once your parcel has been handed over to the relevant delivery provider, you will receive an email with information on the delivery status of your parcel.

• Delivery usually takes place within 5–10 working days. **

Due to the current situation and increased demand for our products, delivery times may vary.

The total delivery time to Switzerland is extended by up to 10 days for all items. Deliveries to Switzerland may be further delayed due to customs and import formalities. Customs duties may be charged for shipments to Switzerland.

The total delivery time for deliveries to the EU2 zone* is increased by up to 4 days.
